To continue my question I started on the wrong page Talk:Partitioning Tips and Tricks. Should there be some consistant style guidelines for talk pages? My main questions are:
- Do we seperate topics by giving them each section headers? Or do we use the horizontal lines?
- When an issue in the talk page is resolved... should the talk conversation be deleted? For a specific example... now that I've created the page I asked about under the above link, should the conversation about creating it be deleted? Any further discussion can be placed on the new article's talk page, and that thread is pretty much useless to future discussions.
