System Commands is a category largely referring to commands included in the base FreeBSD system, but it may also contain entries for some of the more omnipresent and crucial command-line utilities that are only present if built from the ports tree, but are generally always installed by any sane sysadmin.

note: to add an article to this category, simply append [[Category : System Commands]] to the end of your article.

The Mediawiki system (the 'software' that runs this site) capitalises all articles. Please note that commands on most UNIX and Unix-like systems are entered in lower case, so Ln below is actually ln, as an example.
